Tracking shows "delivered" but I have not received it


This situation is rare but unluckily it happened to us once in 4 years.

Every Top Choice's shipment has its tracking number and it's trackable at Australia Post website. If you receive our emails, we'd have already included the tracking number.

Normally, if system says "delivered", it can be interpreted as the postie has handed personally to the person at premises, or maybe dropped off the parcel in your mailbox, doorstep or somewhere safe. When tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, and BEFORE contacting us, please check the followings:

  • Your house members - see if anyone in the house already received the parcel
  • Your neighbour - the postie might delivered to the wrong unit or flat, eg your house is Unit 19B, but postie delivered to Unit 19.
  • Your house surroundings - check your doorstep, under mailbox, carport, front of garage, behind gate etc.. these are the areas the postie might drop off your parcel.
  • Your concierge

If still not found then the parcel might be missing or stolen. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items being missing or stolen after delivery, however please contact us immediately and we will try to help searching it.
