My parcel is damaged

Solution

In extremely rare circumstances, if you have just received a damaged parcel, please bring the damaged parcel to your nearest Australia Post outlet to fill out Customer Service Complaint form (a.k.a. green form) and have the staff inspect the damage. That way we can claim the damage from Australia Post and we may resend the parcel or refund to you.

As we mentioned, it is extremely rare that Australia Post would damage an item however we had 1 case in 4 years of trading, so yes it does happen, just very rare. If it really happens, please understand that it is entirely out of our control and we appreciate if you can help us to do exactly as instructed above. Without doing so, we will be unable to process re-sending or refund.
