We had someone returned cartridges to me due to blank gaps however I think it can be solved easily before needing to send back to us.

Q: Blank lines or gaps on printout
A: Sometimes when you have installed new cartridge and print straight away, the printout might appear to be a lot of tiny blank lines. This is due to the clogged printhead. Most of the time this can be solved by performing a “cleaning job” on your printer, or the driver’s utility software in your operating system. Also check that:
- If there is a sticker (looks like a seal or a strip) that says “pull”, make sure it is “pulled” off (peel it or tear it) prior installation.
- After installation try let it sit for 5 minutes before printing.
